The average Joe is now in a position where money is less readily available through no fault of their own. The banks seem to think that the reason they are not paying is due to not wanting to - I get this impression from the nasty phone calls reported to be that are being made looking for payments through the banks call centres - where is the compassion? it is not us that made this mess we find ourselves in. I think these new laws are very necessary.
